Zora Sabrina


Zora has had a deep love for yoga for many years. She was greatly and lovingly influenced by her Mom who began practicing yoga in the 1960's. She began teaching yoga to young children, so she could continue with her passion of yogic movement and lifestyle while also being a Mom. She is trained in Soma Yoga. The Slow, Flow and Let Go class is designed to encourage free, fluid movement, with emphasis on breath, pranayama, life force. The class will move slowly; workIng on releasing tightness and blockages, both in the body, spirit and mind. Zora feels we are our own best teachers and innately know what our bodies need, she is simply there to offer guidance and suggestions. Zora warmly invites and welcomes all levels.
